Abstract

A torsion proof conformation applied for the sleeve connecting tube piece of the extension type or composite type bicycle which comprises an embedded component arranged on the first tube piece sleeving portion and an embedding component arranged on the second tube piece sleeved portion and relative to the embedding component, the sleeved portion of the second tube piece is provided with an axial crack which provides the open end of the sleeved portion with the inwards contractive elastic trend, is constricted to the sleeved portion of the second tube piece with a buckle piece, is inward deformed and forced to pass the first tube piece, further makes the embedded component and the embedding component are tightly adhered in the elastic and pressing method to prevent the improper relative radial torsion phenomena generated between the first tube piece and the second tube piece.
一种应用于伸缩式或组合式自行车中套接管件的防扭转构造,其包括有一设置于第一管件套入部位上的嵌合构件以及一设置于第二管件被套入部位上并对应于该嵌合构件的嵌入构件;第二管件的被套入部位上开设有一个轴向裂缝,使被套入部位的开口端具有被向内束紧的弹性趋势,并利用一扣件束紧于该第二管件的被套入部位,使的向内变形迫紧穿过其内的第一管件,进而使嵌合构件与嵌入构件间以弹性迫紧方式相互紧密贴合,藉以防制第一与第二管件间产生不当相对径向扭转现象。
