本实用新型公开了一种阀门,包括阀座,设置在所述阀座内的阀板,和设置在所述阀座上方用于启闭所述阀板的操纵箱,所述阀座为由橡胶材料制成的波纹管结构;在所述阀座外表面套装有一与所述操纵箱相连接的环形定位套;所述环形定位套和操纵箱为带有金属网夹层的塑料材料制成。由于采用上述结构,使得所述的阀座具有伸缩性和柔韧性,当对接管道轴线出现偏差时无需进行同心度矫正也可方便、快速地实现安装,大大地提高了工作效率。同时在所述橡胶材料制成的阀座、塑料材料制成的环形定位套和操纵箱内壁中设置有金属网夹层,从而大大地降低了阀门的重量和成本,方便了阀门的运输,尤其是大口径阀门更为如此。
The utility model discloses a valve, which comprises a valve base, a valve plate in the valve base and a control case installed above the valve base and used in opening and closing the valve plate. The valve base is a corrugated tube structure made by rubber. Outer surface of the valve base is sleeved with an annular positioning sleeve which is connected with the control case. The annular positioning sleeve and the control case are made by plastic with metal net interlayer. Through the structure above, the valve base has retractility and flexibility. The valve can be easily and quickly installed without carrying out correction of concentricity even deflection emerges in axial line of the tube so as to improve working efficiency. Meanwhile, the valve base made by rubber, and annular positioning sleeve made by plastic and inner wall of the control case are provided with metal net interlayer, which large reduces weight and cost of the valve and simplifies transportation of the valve, in particular valve with big caliber.
